Use the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment tool to discover your top 5 talent themes. Note: this assessment costs $20.00 USD. StrengthsQuest
StrengthsQuest is appropriate for ages 15 – 19 and is typically used in education settings. Teachers may also choose StrengthsQuest rather than StrengthsFinder because it offers specific advice for using your talents in an education setting. The actual assessment is exactly the same as StrengthsFinder. Please contact us to discuss which option best suits your purpose. Note: this assessment costs $9.95 USD. StrengthsExplorer
StrengthsExplorer is appropriate for ages 10 – 14. The assessment is shorter than StrengthsQuest / StrengthsFinder and it offers the top 3 out of 10 development themes. Gallup Coaching Blog
This page offers access to a plethora of Gallup resources. You will find access to Theme Thursday videos and Called to Coach Videos. These videos delve deeper into the nuances of each talent theme and you will learn more about how to harness and use your talents productively.
VIA – Character Strengths
This page offers access to the Values in Action character strengths assessment. It is a free assessment that is a helpful adjunct to the Clifton StrengthsFinder. It offers character strengths that relate to your values. The Clifton StrengthsFinder offers performance talents that relate to your patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour.
