Often our minds are so full of what we need to do we overlook what we need to do. MyStory Mind is a practical style of meditation that is perfect for beginners and people who struggle to quieten their thoughts.

We offer the opportunity to connect with yourself and meet people who, like you, want to live whole heartedly.

MyStory Mind meditations offer practical tools to develop your communication skills, build your emotional awareness and strengthen your relationships. Experience how mindfulness, creative visualisation and journaling can help you

MyStory Mind is a powerful program that combines the structure of narrative with the strength of mindfulness to help you relax, revive and thrive.

Structure of a MyStory Mind Session
Just as a personal trainer helps you develop physical wellness, a meditation coach helps you develop mind wellness. Each session begins with a brief chat to check in with current thoughts and establish an aim for the session. This is followed by a warm up relaxation exercise. The rest of the session will be devoted to learning and practicing a style of meditation. We conclude the session with a chat about what you found most helpful. Typically, each session will run for 60 – 75 minutes.

You will learn about;

  •  Mindful Meditation
  • Movement Meditation
  • Creative Visualisations
  • Journalling (gratitude and intentional narratives)

We will also talk about living from a strengths-based perspective.

The aim is for you to find a meditation style that works best for you and develop a habit that will see you practice meditation on a daily basis.

When you can take deliberate control of your inner dialogue you own your story and are in a position to live your life.
